★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elromlott kazánunkat szerettünk volna megjavíttatni. Telefonáltunk, de a szerviz vezető nem ért rá velünk foglalkozni, visszahívást ígértek legkésőbb másnap reggelig.
3 napig nem jelentkeztek. Nálam ez már azonnal K.O lett volna, de a párom kitartóbb tipus. Ismét felhívtuk őket, ekkor másnap reggelre ígérték a szerelőt 8-8:30 között. Párom elkéredzkedett a munkahelyén: később fog beérni.
Másnap reggel elmúlt 9h, sehol senki.
Próbáltuk felhívni a szerviz vezetőt, aki elegánsan kinyomta a hívást.
Azóta sem hívtak. Nem jöttek. Nem jelentkeztek.
We wanted to repair our broken boiler. We called, but the service manager didn't know how to contact us, and they promised a call back by the next morning.
They did not apply for 3 days. For me, it would have been K.O immediately, but my partner is a more persistent type. We called them again and promised the mechanic the next morning between 8-8: 30. My couple was hard-working at his workplace: he would be late.
It was past 9am the next morning, nowhere.
We tried to call the service manager, who elegantly printed the call.
They haven't called me since. They didn't come. They didn't apply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szervíz szolgáltatás pofátlanul drága. Másfél órás kazán karbantartásért (anyaghasználat sem volt) több mint 90.000 Ft-ot számláztak ki, ráadásul még a tisztításhoz is tőlünk kérték el a porszívót.
Meglátásom aszerint a kiszámlázott összeg és a felkészültség/szaktudás nagyon nincs összhangban. Bár én csak egy szerelőjük alapján alkottam eme véleményt, de ilyen kiszámlázott összegek mellett profizmust várnék. A 60.000 ft-os óradij pofátlanul magas amikor a "szakember" egy csavarhúzóval meg egy ecsettel dolgozik, tisztogat.
Ja meg persze egy wifi-s megszakító beállítása meghaladja a szaktudást...
Service is incredibly expensive. One and a half hours of boiler maintenance (no material use) were charged more than $ 90,000, and we were even asked to clean the vacuum cleaner.
In my view, the amount billed and the skill / expertise are very much in conflict. Although I only made this opinion based on one of their installers, I would expect professionalism with such invoiced amounts. The 60,000ft clock is unabashedly high when the "technician" cleans with a screwdriver and a brush.
And, of course, setting up a Wi-Fi circuit breaker is more than a skill ...
