★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elkéstem a csomagtartóvásárlással és este hatkor derült ki, hogy egy csavar hiányzik. Most zárnak, mondták, de induljak el, ha fél órát kések, akkor még megvárnak. Megkaptam a csavart, elindulhattam az új csomagtartóval, nem kellett nélkülöznöm a kerékpárt egy csavar hiánya miatt. Nagyon hálás voltam nekik.
 I was late with my trunk purchase and it turned out at six in the evening that a screw was missing. They're closing now, they said, but I'll leave if they're half an hour late, they'll still be waiting. I got the bolt, I could start with the new trunk, I didn’t have to do without the bike due to the lack of a bolt. I was very grateful to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seem to be the only genuine Thule store in Budapest. I purchased a Subterra bag here, everything was okay. The store itself is pretty big, they even have a couch and a toilet there. Staff was helpful, and prices were relatively okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as I know, they are the sole distributor of Thule here in Hungary. The shop has a lot of products available for display and purchase. The staff was helpful and professional. Although the prices may seem high compared to other products in the same category (I bought a backpack), you can definitely feel and see that you are paying for the quality.
