★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office agent printed the wrong tickets for our show which we did not discover until we arrived and found the tickets were invalid. We then had to pay for additional tickets at the box office to get into the show. We emailed and asked for a refund on the original tickets which were front row seats and several hundred USD. We did not get a response until 8 days later. They told us since the show was already settled with the promoter, they could not give us a refund on the invalid tickets. Had they responded in a timely matter, the issue may have been resolved. I can only assume that they waited so long to reply so they could try to use this excuse. Instead, I will let my bank handle this, and I will get this money back. It will be Ticketpro's loss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased tickets online and did not receive it, but the money were charged. The only response I received was via Facebook, they only sent me support email. Loosing the temper and trust. Check your inbox, FUNCODE/TICKETPRO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have no experience with the office itself, but they do not refund ticket prices sold online, because they can shut down the refund at any time they want without any notice. In my case it was the Pearl Jam concert, that's been postponed by 2 years because of the covid restriction.
