A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, hozzáértő. Nem csak eladják a portékát, értenek is hozzá. Bátran lehet kérdezni tőlük. Ha valami nincs azt beszerzik. Fizetni kártya, készpénz. Csak ajánlani tudom. Well located shop. Parking in the yard is solved. Wide range of goods. Iron, hand tools, tooling machines, but even carbon is available. The staff is kind, helpful, competent. Not only do they sell their items, they understand it. You can feel free to ask them. If something is not it is purchased. Pay card, cash. I can only recommend.

Nem kis meglepetésemre, a bolt munkatársa közölte, - keressem a gyártót, derítsem fel a "pontos cikkszámot", de ügyeljek a pontosságra mert vissza nem veszik! - adjam meg neki, és akkor megrendeli. Ezt a "kiszolgálást" nem tudom ügyfélbarát megoldásnak nevezni. Inkább felháborítónak. Természetesen máshol szereztem be a terméket. I would have set a non-star rating, or rather a negative one, but there is no way to do that. I needed a spare part for a garden machine. To my little surprise, the store staff told me - look for the manufacturer, find out the "exact part number", but make sure the accuracy is not taken back! - Give it to him and he'll order it. I can't call this "service" a customer-friendly solution. Rather outrageous. Of course, I got the product elsewhere.

Nem mellesleg mindenük van! Remélem hosszútávon együttműködünk még! :) I always order from here, I bought a lot of machines from this company, I usually go to the Vörösvár store in person, the sellers are very decent, they always help with everything, they are very good prices, and so far I have ordered about 13 times, always here every other day! Customer-centric, helpful team. The cashier girls could be more smiling. :) I had a problem with the machine I bought, they solved the problem quickly and correctly.

Visszavittem még szeptember végén, gondoltam egyből kicserélik, de nem. Mivel 2000 forint felett van az ára(7000 Ft körül volt) , visszaküldik a gyártóhoz bevizsgálásra, utána lesz valami. Már kétszer érdeklődtem, de még mindig semmi. Ma december 10.-e van...Az biztos,hogy többet innen semmit sem veszek. ? In September, I bought a piezo gas lamp from them. I used it maybe twice, not even a total of an hour when the throttle valve broke down. I took it back in late September, I thought it would be replaced right away, but no. Since the price is over HUF 2,000 (it was around HUF 7,000), it will be sent back to the manufacturer for testing, after which there will be something. I’ve inquired twice already, but still nothing. Today is December 10th ... I'm sure I won't buy anything more from here. ?

A rendelések nagyobb keresztmetszetű acélgerendák méretre vágását és házhoz szállítását is tartalmazták. Az általam elfogadhatónak megjelölt vágási pontosságot túlszárnyalva, max. 1-2 mm eltéréssel vágtak méretre 4-6 m hosszú gerendákat (beleértve: 0 mm eltéréssel). Árajánlat-kérésre, e-mailekre a reakcióidő gyors volt. A házhoz szállítás során a sofőr türelmes, tekintettel van a már meglévő tereptárgyak épségére. :) I ordered iron from the Tatabánya site twice. The orders also included cutting to size and delivering steel beams with larger cross-sections. Exceeding the cutting accuracy I marked acceptable, max. Beams 4-6 m long were cut to size with a deviation of 1-2 mm (including a deviation of 0 mm). The response time to requests for quotations and e-mails was fast. During transport to the house, the driver is patient, taking into account the integrity of the existing landmarks. :)
