★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon beszéltem velük egy Brother MFC 1910W mono lézernyomtató ügyében és kapásból tudtak mindent, milyen hordozó van hozzá és milyen toner kell bele, kértem hogy tegyék félre a nap végig. Kiderült, hogy hordozó nem is kell hozzá, mert nem érte el a tízezres nyomtatási limitet. Nagyon olcsón sikerült hozzájutni egy teli tonerhez, még segítettek berakni is egy zacskóba, hogy menet közbe nem sérüljön. Kiváló ügyfélcentrikus hozzáállás, csak javasolni tudom.
I talked to them on the phone about a Brother MFC 1910W mono laser printer and they knew all about what kind of media it had and what toner it needed, I asked them to set it aside all day long. It turned out that media was not even needed because it had not reached the print limit of ten thousand. They managed to get a full toner very cheaply, they even helped put it in a bag so it wouldn’t get damaged in the way. Excellent customer-centric attitude, I can only recommend.
