Reggel a telefonban abban maradtunk, hogy még visszahív, utána jár el tudják-e postázni a csomagot, nem hivott én 4x próbáltam Önt hívni sikertelenül! Arra nem volt képes, hogy felvegye vagy visszahívjon és azt mondja nem tudják küldeni a csomagot, szó nélkül vissza utalta a pénzemet! A termékre a google keresőn keresztül kerestem rá ami egyből a termékhez vitt nem az önök főoldalára onnan tettem a kosába és ott nincs feltüntetve, hogy nem tudják teljesíteni a csomag kézbesítését karácsonyig, nem vagyok hülye tudok olvasni, ha látom máshonnan rendelek! Hetekig hitegetnek újabb meg újabb határidővel a rendelés feladására, de semmi. Hazudnak és megpróbálják átverni az embert, a vételárat sem képesek vissza utalni. Csakis akkor történt meg a visszatérítés, amikor szóba került a fogyasztóvédelem. Még egyszer tehát, csaló és kókler banda! Cheating and broker gang. Kétszer írtam a Facebook oldalukra, akkor egyből tudtak egy általános választ írni az emailre, de a Facebook posztot azonnal törölték mindkét esetben. 1 hete nem sikerült kideríteniük, hogy a nagykernél van-e az az áru, amit valójában rendeltem? Egy telefonhívás kb. 1 perc, tehát vagy nem is foglalkoznak vele, vagy postán leveleznek a nagykerrel vagy ki tudja, de az ügyfélkezelésük katasztrófa. 2 napja próbáltam újra érdeklődni emailben, de válaszra sem méltatnak. I ordered 2 products, none of which came from what I ordered and paid for. They do not pick up the phone, they do not answer email requests. I wrote twice on their Facebook page, then they could immediately write a general reply to the email, but the Facebook post was deleted immediately in both cases. 1 week ago they failed to find out if the big kernel had the goods I actually ordered?
