K	Klaudia Veszprémi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Munkát éppen sem ilyet, pedig időpontunk is volt, de az "úriember" minősíthetetlen stílusban (pont mint az, aki itt válaszolgat) közölte, hogy fel nem teszi a gumikat, mert minden baja a kocsinak és előbb csináltassuk meg. (Egyébként az előttünk várakozó idős úrral is tiszteletlen volt). El is vittük szerelőhöz, aki semmi problémát nem talált. Köszönjük a semmit, és a kedves válaszokat is, igazán professzionális hozzáállás. Szép estét kívánok a fotelből. ☺️ We didn't have a job like that, even though we had a date, but the "gentleman" said in an unqualified style (just like the one who answers here) that he wouldn't put on the tires because all the trouble was with the car and let's do it first. Értem én, hogy tekergette az axiált a beállításhoz....de vele együtt ment szépen a gumiharang is. Erre nem lehet azt mondani, hogy nem látta, mert 5cm-re van az állítási lehetőségtől! A hibát itthon kijavítottuk magunknak. Work released after a chassis adjustment from the hands of a senior mechanic working there! ? A kedves szerelő bácsi mintha személyes sértésként értékelné, hogy zavarod köreit a koszos kis kocsiddal. Semmi gond, megyek máshová. Or I came here for 5 years, they were always kind, helpful. Ezért a kétperces állapotfelmértésért 3500Ft-ot fizettem. Az autószerelő megállapította, hogy semmi baja az autónak, majd a Farkas Futómű Diagnosztikában gond nélkül beállították. A kiszolgálás udvarias,gyors és pontos. Jó és preciz munkát végeznek. I had an appointment for a tire service. Good parking facilities. It is unfortunately possible to approach the office via stairs. Majd közölte hogy lazíttassam meg valahol, mert neki nincs már kedve az ilyenekhez és utána vigyem vissza. (Régebben is jártam már itt, de akkor nem volt semmi gond. Mára ez már megváltozott.) N	Norbert Herczeg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi is betévedtünk ebbe a remek “szak szervizbe”ahol egy fél órás állapot felmérés közel 7 000 forintba került,majd ezt követően megrendelésre kerültek a cserélendő alkatrészek,ami másnapra érkezett meg.A szervízelést követően az alkatrészek fele érkezett meg,aztán mikorra megérkezett a másik része kiderült, hogy két egyforma oldali alkatrész lett megrendelve a jobbos és balos helyett,ami miatt ott kellett hagynunk az autót kb.plusz 5 órára ami váratlanul ért minket,ezért ez is egy plusz költséggel járt. Miután átvettem az autót kellemetlen meglepetések értek:a belső kárpitok koszos kézzel össze lettek piszkolva,valamint az autóban maradt parfümömet is használta a mester úr,ezt követően volt pofája megkérdezni honnan volt vásárolva mert nagyon megtetszett neki az illat,amit éreztünk is rajta hogy igénybe vette. Emellett előítélettel és flegmán fogadott minket,mert nem helyiek voltunk. Ennek tudatában jelentkezzen mindenki ehhez a szak szervizhez!
