★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eddig három esetben látogattam meg ezt a bankfiokot. Mindhárom esetben megerősítették bennem azt az érzést, hogy jobb is ha másik intézmény ügyfele vagyok.
Mindhárom esetben flegma, lenéző, unott nemtörödöm ugyintézőkkel találkoztam. A legegyszerübb ügyintézés is órákat vesz igénybe miközben nincs is más ügyfél az egész bankfiókban.
 So far, I’ve visited this bank branch on three occasions. In all three cases, I was reinforced by the feeling that I was better off being a client of another institution.
In all three cases, I met phlegmatic, contemptuous, bored careless practitioners. Even the simplest administration takes hours while there are no other customers in the entire bank branch.
