T	Téglási Tamás on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HAndrást választani marketingembernek és influenszernek egy hibás döntés volt a cég részéről, mert HAndrás stílusa vulgáris és lekezelő, vállalhatatlan a Youtube-on a napelemekről készült reakció videója kapcsán Polgárékról. A cég nagyot hibázott, hogy HAndrással népszerűsíti magát és az egész napelem piacnak is oltári nagy blamázs ez HAndrás kinyilatkozásai, kommentjei után a Youtube komment szekcióban és a videóiban. Choosing HAndras as a marketer and flu was a wrong decision on the part of the company because HAndras ’style is vulgar and condescending, unacceptable on Youtube in connection with a video of his reaction to solar panels about Citizens. The company made a big mistake in promoting itself with HAndrás, and this is an altar of the altar for the entire solar cell market, following HAndrás's revelations and comments in the Youtube comment section and videos.

Írtam egy jó hosszú részletes emailt, kükdtem képeket, metszeteket a tetőről, de válaszra se méltattak. Gondoltam nagyon elfoglaltak ezért hagytam pihenni a dolgot pár hónapig. Januárban újra próbáltam, de semmi. Se egy telefonhívás, se egy email, se egy "elnézést nincs rá kapacitásunk".. semmi! Az oldalukon azt írják 24 órán belül visszahívnak...ez nem igazán fedi a valóságot. A napelemeikről nem tudok nyilatkozni mert odáig nem jutottunk el, de a hozzáállás az 1-es. Vannak más napelemes cégek akik hajlandóak válaszolni és jobban megbecsülik a vásárlóikat. On their side, they say they’ll call you back within 24 hours ... that doesn’t really cover the reality. I can’t comment on their solar panels because we haven’t gotten that far, but the attitude is 1. There are other solar companies that are willing to respond and value their customers better.

A szaldós napelem támogatásos lázra felkészülve 2020 december végén 5 cégtől volt ajánlatom, nekik szavazva bizalmat január elején elfogadtam az ajánlatukat. Ennek ellenére nem sikerült határidő előtt letelepíteni a rendszert. Már bánom, hogy őket választottam. Update: Közben megtörtént a kivitelezés, egy nagyon profi csapat rendkívül gyorsan, összeszedetten és precízen dolgozva feltette a rendszert. Kiváló minőségű munkát végeztek. Nekik járna az 5 csillag. Huge disappointment unfortunately. A megígért ajánlatra egy hetet vártam, kiderült, hogy az ügyintéző elfelejtette. Majd amikor az ajánlatot megkaptam, feltettem pár kérdést. Újabb egy hét elteltével az ügyintéző közölte, hogy el se olvasta az e-mailt, mert nem volt rá ideje. Kiderült továbbá, hogy az irreálisan magas áron megajánlott szerkezet pont azt nem tudja, amire szükségem van. Ehhez csak gratulálni tudok, csak így tovább! Javaslom a céget olyan nagy ívben elkerülni, amekkorában csak lehet. Great disappointment! After a telephone meeting, I met the clerk in person (Zoltán). Többször, különböző hétköznapokon, különböző napszakban próbálkozva sem lehetett őket elérni. Az automata mindig bontotta a vonalat a munkatársaik túlterheltségére hivatkozva. Visszahívást lehetőséget nem ajánlott fel a rendszer. Inkább más kivitelezőt kerestem. A tető nagyon speciális volt és le is mondtam a napelem telepítésének lehetőségéről pedig elkötelezett híve vagyok a megújuló megoldásoknak. Nem hagyott nyugodni és tanácsot kértem a cégtől. Végül olyan kreatív megoldást ajánlottak ami segítségével ma már boldog rendszer tulajdonos vagyok és a speciális MAXIM paneljeikkel várakozáson felüli a termelésem. Hálás vagyok, hogy energiát és időt szántak a megoldásra , valamint a profi kivitelezésért!!! Idő volt a legjobb megoldást kitalálni, de megérte a várakozást. We bought a family house last year. i	istván sánta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018-ban profin telepítették a naplelemes rendszerünket!!! Akkor egy kiváló, korrekt cégnek gondoltam őket, ezért idén a rendszer bővítését is rájuk bíztuk. Nagy hiba volt! Már az ajánlatkéréskor furcsa volt, hogy hetekig nem lehetett őket elérni sem emailben sem telefonon. A több hónapos egyeztetés után megtörtént a telepítés. Na azóta meg az inverter nem működik! Több mint két hónapja nem tudjuk használni az addig kiválóan működő rendszerünket. A hiba bejelentése után 3 hétbe telt, míg a cégtől valaki (a sokadik emailünk és hívásunk után) tájékoztatott minket. Jelenleg több mint 2 hónapja nem hajlandóak megjavítani vagy kicserélni vagy bármit tenni a garanciális inverterrel. Nagyon bánom, hogy Tiszta Energiák Kft.-t választottuk! Nem ajánlom őket senkinek! It was a big mistake! Already at the time of the request for quotation, it was strange that they could not be reached by email or phone for weeks. After several months of consultation, the installation was completed. The inverter hasn't worked since then! We have not been able to use our system, which has been working well for more than two months. It took 3 weeks after the bug was reported, while someone from the company (after our many emails and calls) informed us. They are currently unwilling to repair or replace or do anything with the warranty inverter for more than 2 months. I really regret that we chose Tiszta Energiák Kft.! I do not recommend them to anyone!
