Nem szoktam értékelést írni, de ez a szolgáltatás megérdemli ...
Az elvitt ruhát 24 nap alatt sikerült visszakapni.
Miután elvitte a futár a ruhát, utána egy héttel később a tisztítóból telefonáltak, hogy mikor jöhetnek a ruháért, majd mikor képbe került a kedves ügyintéző, utána azt ígérték, hogy egy hét múlva hozzák. Ez nem jött össze. Többszöri telefonálgatás után sem mindig voltak tudatában a ruha állapotáról. Több mint három hétig volt náluk párom menyasszonyi ruhája.
DE AMI MÉG ENNÉL IS ROSSZABB:
a ruha teljesen besárgult, sőt a mellrésznél lett egy sötétebb nagy sárga folt.
A ruhát teljesen tönkretették, így már nem lehet eladni sem, pedig pont ez miatt szerettük volna kitisztíttatni.
Persze az oldalukon írják, hogy felelősséget nem vállalnak, gondolom ezzel el is intézik a dolgot.

The clothes taken were returned in 24 days.
After the courier took the clothes, a week later they called the cleaner to see when they could come for the clothes, and then when the lovely clerk came into the picture, then they promised to bring them in a week. It did not work out. Even after several phone calls, they were not always aware of the condition of the dress. They had my couple’s wedding dress with them for more than three weeks.
BUT EVEN WORSE:
the dress was completely yellowed and even became a darker large yellow spot on the chest.
The clothes were completely ruined, so they can't be sold anymore, which is why we wanted to clean them.
Of course, they write on their side that they do not take responsibility, I think they will take care of it.
