First time dealing with something without a proper customer service! The only communication tool they have is contact form, don’t be surprised if you often get automated reply, it seems they don’t have enough staff to deal with the visa applicants, have no clue why they charge a lot of money for useless services and in exchange they treat you with delays and extremely bad communication! I didn’t have a good experience at all!

After reading the terrible reviews I must admit I was nervous about going to my appointment this morning. I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. It was a nice office space with large seating area, everyone was socially distanced, there was hand sanitizer on the tables and everyone was wearing a mask so it was very safe. They had free wifi access with the password on each table. Someone was there to tell me what forms to fill in on arrival. I was served by two lovely and competent people named Marcel and Ildiko. Both were very personal and professional. I had to wait a while for my appointment but that happens in most places these days. I could not fault the service and it was a good experience. Don't be put off by the bad reviews. My only comment is that you could have an email or phone number on your website that people can contact if they have a question before they go through the application.

So slow, I have to wait 2 hours from my appointment. I don't understand why they sent email to arrive 15 minutes early if we ended up had to wait 2 hours. Everyone got a job, kids or have anything to do, let people waiting for 2 hours is wasting time!!!

I booked my appointment for 8.40 am (the first one in the morning which was not prime time/to be paid extra for), but was seen at 10:30! Considering they tell you in the confirmation email to be there 15 minutes before your appointment, I was waiting for more than 2 hours!! And we didn't see anyone until around 10, so we couldn't really ask anything to anybody (in fact, as you're on the first floor, you'll see a waiting room for UK visa applicants where you'll have to sit and that's it. The guy at the floor reception has nothing to do with TLS.). Then when an employee appeared, many people who gathered in the meantime wanted to ask for different information (I suppose because there's no phone number online!! and the only way to get in touch with them beforehand is to use the Contact form online, which I did, and my query was never answered anyway!!!). Once in, in this very small room, there were problems with the finger prints machine, with the documents (the 2 employees didn't know if what I was submitting was right or not, and actually we knew more information than them, having extensively read online) and with the whole process. The staff to be fair were polite and helpful overall, they kept calm in spite of the issues...but really, it was a bit of a joke!!! When I was done at 11:30, walking my way out, there were sooo many people there!!!! Shameful.

The most terrible service ever I had in my life. Super annoying how they treat you, you pay a lot of money just for nothing, they don’t have phone to call, email to respond. I honestly don’t understand what they are doing and what is their role. Will never use this service again!

I need my passport back urgently . I submitted my visa application on 23/10/2021 and provided biometrics and supporting documents on 04 November 2021 for visitor in transit visa for a reason that I just have to change terminals on Heathrow airport during my journey to a different country via London by British airways . It is more than 5 weeks and i had to revoke my application on 10/12/2021 . I am not able to contact in any form neither email nor phone to get the update . The stated time is just 15 working days and I have to cancel my british airways booking as well as visa application . Now It is really urgent for me to travel back to my country and had to book my ticket with different airlines and route . I have to travel on 20 December 2021 and want my passport back by 17 dec 2021 . Highly disappointed by the pathetic services . I called several times and emailed with no hopes left . I want my passport back at any cost urgently and I don't want any refund or something but just my passport which I submitted on 04/11/2021.

This place is an absolute joke. They can't get anything done, lose your passport, delay your application etc. But just to make sure you have an unpleasant customer experience they overcharge you for everything and they have ZERO ways to contact them when you need assistance. Shame on this dreadful place

Withholding my bf's passport after agreed time (7+weeks at this point)... Ruined the holidays for us big time... there's no customer service, no update about the passport, we don't even know where is it, or who has it at this point....Ridiculous.. And you pay 200+euros for what???
