In the autumn of 2008, the Jósa András Training Hospital in Nyíregyháza concluded a contract with the Budapest-based Top Cop Security Zrt. For an indefinite (!) Time through a public procurement. The company has been slowly carrying out guarding and protection activities at the hospital's Nyíregyháza sites for 13 years. The Top Cop Security logo is displayed in several locations in the hospital. (PICTURES ARE NEEDED HERE!) The guards wear the Top Cop logo uniform, leaving no doubt as to who is protecting the hospital. Tibor B. was admitted to the hospital in 2015 as a security guard. The job was advertised by Top Cop Security. However, prior to joining, the regional director of Top Cop Security (István Sz.) Signed an employment contract with him. The official employer thus became not a subcontractor but Top Cop Security. The job description, work clothes, orders were given by Top Cop Security through its regional representative. István Sz., A local man from Top Cop Security, led them around the hospital once. Nearly six years have passed since then and during this time the guard and protection staff working in the hospital have been employed by 12 (!) companies. These are subcontractors of Top Cop Security because the security guards still had to wear Top Cop clothes, they had a Top Cop sealed job schedule and the Top Cop Area Director brought and carried the news, employment contracts on behalf of the 12 companies mentioned above. This is revealed by letterheads and e-mail addresses. It turned out that the subcontractors in the picture did not report the people employed in the hospital as guardians, they did not pay pensions and other contributions. For this, employees have official NAV papers. Salaries were passed on by companies, but public charges were “forgotten” to pay for employees. Companies can be called failing companies that were created for the sole purpose of not having a legal relationship between the main contractor Top Cop Security and the employee, so if there is a problem, Top Cop Security cannot be listed. There was / is a problem! The matter is in the labor court. The treasurers employed in the hospital would like to receive the arrears of contributions, unpaid leave and overtime. This is impossible to achieve with failed companies, so they try Top Cop Security. Top Cop Security’s defense is based on them having nothing to do with employees legally. Moreover, not to István Sz. To the person who, on behalf of Top Cop, brought and carried the work schedule and employment contracts with his seal. It is debatable because he is in a company car, using the status of area director in his correspondence. I, who published this 6 years ago, went the same way the labor court awarded me 1.3M forints because they did not pay contributions, etc., the money can not be recover and since then they have been doing the same shame shame !!!!!!!!!!!!
