The saleswoman was very kind. I bought shoes, paid after a trial and left satisfied.

That young saleswoman is normally stinking at work. We went around to look around and felt his contemptuous, shaking gaze on ourselves. This is ... I inquired about the warranty of a product, and the seller looked at me incomprehensibly, that they have no warranty. As if I don't know what I dared to ask. There are 14 days from the date of purchase, there is no complaint about it anyway and if the product is defective in production it will show up within 14 days. I asked back for that but then on the product paper what is the 2 year warranty in English. They started looking at you, looking on the plane..but they don't know anything about it, there is no guarantee, it probably applies to another eu country, not us. Aha. I bought the product, the guarantee was explained in detail on the inside of the paper in Hungarian, so I dared to call the telephone customer service. There they were informed in detail and kindly that in the first year there is a replacement warranty for the product in case of a problem, while in the second year they check the cause of the defect, but there is also a warranty for the 2nd year. The telephone customer service would receive 5 stars if it could be evaluated separately, but unfortunately I can only give the Miskolc store 1 star. Management should be more selective about who it employs.

I recently bought a Dormeo set in their store in Miskolc, ie bed frames, bed frames, mattresses, etc., worth about 500,000 HUF. A few days after use, the bed frame fell into the bed frame at night. A lady talked to me about central customer service in a terrible style.
