Tornanádaska is a truncated station at the end of the Miskolc-Szalonna-Jósvafő line. The train runs here every two hours from Miskolc. Usually BZ type assemblies have two motors and a spare lineup, but sometimes they come with one motor and two replacements. As a backup, the M41 Rattle also comes out here twice a month. The line is quite one, so the track speed is not so bad so far, you can practically get here in less than an hour and a half. After the terminus, the rails continue for a while, but there is nothing going on here, as the other side is Slovakia, only when a train with a skidding train is arranged, trains are very rarely pulled out. On the other side in Slovakia Tournament is the next station. There is currently a service in the station building and a memorial plaque is also placed to commemorate the construction of the railway. However, it is not worth crawling in the village, as one of the most dangerous settlements in the county is Tornanádaska ...

The current Hungarian terminus of the former Miskolc-Kassa line. The tracks are beyond the station to the border when I went there years ago, they were still in pretty good condition, apparently the herbicide was gone, but traffic is only up to Tornanádaska. after the border the weeds have completely overgrown the track, it is now impassable. The station seemed tidy to me, there was no problem with the locals, they were really friendly. I did not experience anything from the most dangerous settlement mentioned earlier, although I may have been lucky.
