A békeévek beköszöntével külső védőműveit lebontották, de a vaskos öregtornyot uradalmi börtönként, majd magtárként hasznosították. 1858-ban Dunaföldváron hatalmas tűzvész pusztított, a torony teteje és belső faszerkezete is teljesen leégett. Különösen szép fa kapun jutunk be, nagyon szép a kilátás. Megnyerő az udvarban található étterem. A Várudvar kellemes, barátságos, nyugis padokkal, kerttel, színpaddal. Remélhetőleg jó előadásokat is rendeznek itt. Tavaszi-nyári programok különösen kellemesek lehetnek itt. Funny. Hopefully good lectures will be held here as well. Spring and summer programs can be especially pleasant here.

A kiállító helyíségbe nem voltunk. Small but cozy place. Nice view of the Danube. From the built-up outdoor stage, it is suspected that there are various events on site.
