Nem csalódtam,mert amilyen rend,és tisztaság uralkodott a cégnél, olyan kiszolgálást is kaptam. Csak ajánlani tudom. 5pont! Maximum. K	Károly Sipkovics on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keddi napon vittem el az autómat hozzá, mivel a tavaly -szintén itt- feltöltött klíma kb. 3 hét után megadta magát. Ezt el is mondtam neki, de csak azért, hogy könnyeb legyen felállítani a diagnosztikát. Ezt ő persze reklamációnak vette és elkezdett flegmán beszélni velem. Gondoltam ráhagyom csak legyen meg a klíma mivel hétvégén nagy szükségem lenne rá, mert egy szívbeteg embert kell szállítanom hosszú távon. Azt mondta hagyjam ott a kocsit kedd reggel és péntekre kész lesz. Lehet, hogy előbb is elkészül, de azért mond pénteket, hogy addig biztosan meglegyen. Én jóhiszeműen otthagytam. Hívtam péntek reggel, hogy mikor tudnék menni az autóért és azt mondta, hogy csak este felé, de akkor most rá is néznek és megkérdezte, hogy mit is kéne csinálni a kocsival....???Itt már azért elég szkeptikus voltam, hogy ez nekem el fog készülni még ma. Hívom zárás előtt fél órával, hogy mikor vehetem át a kocsit. Azt mondta, hogy nem fog elkészülni, a kollégája nem tudja megcsinálni ő meg családi programon van. Nem tetszésemet fejeztem ki és megkérdeztem tőle, hogy ez tényleg így működik nála és befejeztük a telefonbeszélgetést. Ami részéről mindvégig lekezelő, bunkó proli stílusban történt. Erre írt egy üzenetet amit csatolok. Elég nagy tahó. Nem ajánlom senkinek. És még ezek után volt képe azt mondani ennek a suttyónak, hogy nem tartozok semmivel. I called on Friday morning when I could go for the car and said it was only towards the evening but then they are looking at it now and asked what I should do with the car .... ??? Here I was already quite skeptical that it will be done for me today. I call half an hour before closing to see when I can pick up the car. He said he won’t be done, his colleague can’t do it and he’s on a family program. I didn’t like it and asked him if it really works that way for him and we ended the phone conversation. Which, for his part, happened in a condescending, jerk pro style all along. To this he wrote a message which I attach. Big enough taho. I do not recommend to anyone. And even after that, he had a picture of telling this whisper that I didn’t owe you anything.
