Jinak je ovsem infocentrum dobre zasobeno mapami a brozurami, kde jsem si sve informace vycetl. The young lady could speak only a few words in English, I wanted a camp where I could set up a tent, she sent me to a public beach. Otherwise, however, the information center is well stocked with maps and brochures, where I read all the information.

Elkopott nyereg gyorszár, kotyogó hátsó kerekek. Nem volt elég biciklizár! Másik Tourinform irodában is csak 1db zárat kaptunk! Pedig ketten voltunk! Nem kaptunk lámpákat!!!! Szegényes a szerszámkészlet is! Aki nem nézni meg alaposan a kiválasztott kerékpárját az nem egy elvárható minőségű bicajt kap a pénzéért!! Elég rossz reklám a TOURINFORMNAK hogy ilyen hanyag szolgáltatást nyújtanak a bérlőknek! Well the staff is really nice! However, rentable bikes are not maintained! Worn brake shoes, huge 8s in the rims. Worn saddle quick release, swaying rear wheels. There weren't enough bike locks! We also received only 1 lock in another Tourinform office! And there were two of us! We didn't get any lights !!!! The tool kit is also poor! Anyone who doesn't look carefully at their chosen bike will not get an expected quality bike for their money !! It is bad enough for TOURINFORM to provide such a sloppy service to tenants!

Amikor megérkeztünk reggel 9.30-kor azzal fogadtak hogy már nem maradt sok szabad kerékpár, előző nap is hívtam hogy biztosra menjünk!!! 3 lerobbant kerékpárból választhattunk, nyugodtan odaadták próbakörre azt is amelyiken nem működött a hátsó fék! Egy szégyen hogy ilyen létezik! Ilyen szolgáltatások tönkretehetik mások terveit!! DISASTER!!!! 3 weeks before the date I booked 2 bikes for a tour of Lake Balaton. When we arrived at 9.30 in the morning they bet that there were not many bicycles left, I called the day before to make sure !!! We could choose from 3 broken down bikes, they also gave a test drive to the one on which the rear brake did not work! It's a shame that such a thing exists! Such services can ruin the plans of others !!
