The environment and classrooms are outdated, but there are more serious problems. After the written level test, I was also ranked in the oral level test at the level I originally wanted to go. On the week before the departure, I inquired by email whether the course was going to be started, to which I received confirmation and wrote down which textbook would be. To my great astonishment, they were given a textbook of a higher standard, so I reported on the phone that there might have been a misunderstanding. It turned out not to be a misunderstanding, my level does not start. The headteacher tried to convince him that there was no big difference between the two levels, and if it didn't, the other one wouldn't. While in doubt, I accepted, on the condition that, if I find it strong, it promises to go one week later to my original grade, and to transfer it. Our teacher was a foreign language, which is a good point, but unfortunately the level was high for me, I did not understand a lot of words in the book, I felt very uncomfortable in class. As soon as I got home I called the headmaster, but I only reached the receptionist who tried to convince me not to leave the course anyway, I would definitely finish it when I started - I didn't see the point, so he promised to call me back later. I waited but didn't search, so I called again a few minutes before they closed, and the receptionist was reached again. He said that he would not start at the level he was graded in, probably a month from now, but he suggested that I do it below that level because it would start. Since I have already done it elsewhere, I asked for a refund of the course price because the contract states that I will return in case of misclassification or failure to start the course. He asked me to go in the next day. The next day, there was no easy process, despite the appointment, I had to wait several hours for the headteacher and then make the decision, as he said he had no money in his bankroll so he could only pay in weeks if he started earning new courses. Finally, he found it very difficult to repay the money. I suggest everyone to avoid language schools from a distance, they are much better in the area.

Very correct, helpful leadership, productive work! I applied because I needed a 7-point IELTS language exam and was able to score 6 points based on the test tests. I attended an intensive advanced course for 3 weeks where my speaking skills developed a lot and 10 opportunities for individual lessons where we specifically took the language exam type assignments. It also took a lot of individual practice, but I ended up getting 7.5 points on my first try! Thanks!

I went to individual language classes where I was prepared for the intermediate language exam which I managed to pass on my first try. I am now preparing for the advanced language exam. I have chosen an intensive summer course. The classes take place in a varied friendly environment. The mother tongue teacher is supportive and well prepared in everything. His classes are flexible and involve everyone in the training. This is where you love English.
