Their study half is unusable, it is not possible to enter the exam interface during the exam due to a server-side error! The company is not worth a forint!

Telefont kinyomják. For the 2nd time, they put us in an impossible position during the exam and don’t even appreciate students for communicating the problem or giving an answer. The phone is being pushed out.

P	Peter Cselotei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vizsgázni voltam itt több alkalommal is. Kellemes hely, ingyenes kávé/tea, jó fogadtatás a hostessek által. Pontos időbeosztás, figyelmesek voltak végig. Vizsga alatt azonnal ugrottak amikor jelentkeztem. Szép tiszta mosdó. Ajánlom mindenkinek! I have been here for examinations several times. Pleasant place, free coffee / tea, good reception by the hostesses. Exact schedule, they were attentive throughout. They jumped right in during the exam when I applied. Nice clean washbasin. I recommend to everyone!
N	Nandor Kovacs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Másodszor omlik össze a vizsga oldaluk éles vizsga időpontban. Nem kommunikálnak semmit, telefonon elérhetetlenek, szörnyű. ERSTE banknál a képzésük pocsék volt, most nem bankos képzésnél megleptek, de mint írtam a vizsga oldal nélkül (hibás), kommunikácó/információ nélkül értékelhetelen a cég. Second, their exam side crashes at a sharp exam time. They don't communicate anything, they're out of reach by phone, it's awful. At ERSTE bank, their training was poor, now they were surprised by non-bank training, but as I wrote without the exam page (faulty), the company is invaluable without communication / information.
G	Gábor JUHÁSZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IT oktató cég, akiknek technikai problémájuk akad egy ONLINE vizsga megtartásával...... Nem tudom, hogy sírjak vagy nevessek. Az egyetemről ismert Neptunt visszasírom ezután. Pluszban, 18:00-akor küldenek egy e-mailt, hogy a hibát követően 18:00-tól újra vizsgázhatunk...... majd megint nem működik az oldal. Ezis csak egy pénznyelő cég.....

Bizalomromboló a kommunikáció teljes hiánya, sem e-mailben sem telefonon nem reagálnak, ami szolgáltatóként nem egy bölcs dolog, hiszen a vizsgázó jövőbeli potenciális ügyfelük. Kellemetlen azzal szembesülnie az embernek, hogy kárbavész a 2. alkalommal kivett szabadnapja. :( Maga a tanfolyam anyaga viszont jól strukturált, átgondolt, az előadók felkészült szakemberek. Kár az éles kontrasztért. Unfortunately, we were not able to take the online exam through their system for the second time. A complete lack of trust in communication, neither email nor phone response, which as a service provider is not a wise thing for the candidate to be their potential customer. It is uncomfortable for a person to face the fact that his 2nd day off is a waste. :( The material of the course itself, on the other hand, is well-structured, well-thought-out, and the lecturers are trained professionals. Too bad for sharp contrast.
F	Ferenc Illesy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a horrible place to study. Airless, overcrowded rooms, the most uncomfortable chairs and desks I've ever experienced. The keyboards haven't been cleaned in ages and have random layouts. In general the whole setup is very unprofessional.
