Tegnap este többször érdeklődtünk telefonon, hogy mikorra várható a csőtörés miatti hiba elhárítása. Először tegnap este 21.00-ra, majd éjfélre ígérték. Most reggel 7 óra 36-kor még nincs víz. Akadályoztatva van ezzel a fürdés, toilette használat, víz ivás... lehetősége több, mint fél napja! Minősíthetetlen szolgáltatás! Ha egyedül élsz, és nem tudsz egész nap otthon dekkolni, mert mondjuk dolgozol, akkor 2 hónap elteltével(!), küldenek egy fizetési felszólítást, mert szerintük te kötbért vagy köteles fizetni. Vicc. Még valamilyen "kártérítést" is ráírnak a felszólításra, amiért nem fizettél "időben", de az nem zavarja őket, hogy semmiféle számlát nem küldtek ki, ami alapján fizetni kellett volna. Arról, hogy van-e egyébként más leolvasási lehetőség, semmiféle tájékoztatást nem adtak. A 21. században érdekes módon más közműcégeknek már sikerült megoldani azt is, hogy pl. fotóval, applikáción keresztül be tudd küldeni a mérőállást, amikor ráérsz ezzel foglalkozni.
