B	Bíborka Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senkinek nem ajánlom! Kritikán aluli az ügyintézés és a kiszolgálás is. A 'vevő orientáltság' fogalmát hírből sem ismerik. Teljes körű fürdőszoba felújításhoz rendeltünk tőlük csempéket, szanitereket, stb, kimondottan nagy mennyiségbe - és nagy összegben is. Az hagyján, hogy nem jött meg időben, de kiderült hogy azért mert meg sem lett rendelve az árú, annak ellenére hogy hónapokkal előre jeleztük az igényt, a megelőző két-három hétben pedig többször jártunk náluk pontosítani és egyeztetni a rendelést. Ezek után mikor sikerült újra rendeltetni az árut, és tájékoztattak hogy megérkezett (már egy hét csúszásban, ámde ismét NEM a kért időpontban), kiderült hogy ISMÉT NEM SIKERÜLT a teljes rendelést leadniuk, így csak kb a szükséges kellékek feléhez jutottunk hozzá. Mindezek után még nekik állt feljebb hogy most mit reklamálunk.. Már-már szánalmas és megalázó élmény volt velük üzletelni. I do not recommend it to anyone! After that, when we were able to re-order the goods and informed me that they had arrived (in a week's delay, but again NOT at the requested time), it turned out that they did NOT succeed in placing the order again, so we only got about half of the required supplies. After all, it was up to them what we were complaining about now. It was almost a pathetic and humiliating experience to do business with them.
