★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonos egyeztetést követően rendeltem egy Mach3 neoprént. Rossz volt a méret, ezért visszaküldtem. Az eladó egy héten belüli kiszállítással ígérte a cserét. Amikor a termék 6 hét után sem érkezett meg, írtam egy panaszlevelet a hollandiai központnak. Másnap felhívott az eladó (amúgy nem cég ez, hanem egy egyszemélyes vállalkozás, a "bolt" egy lakótelepi lakás) és bunkó módon beszélt velem. Nagyon nem ajánlott kategória.
 After a telephone consultation, I ordered a Mach3 neoprene. The size was wrong, so I sent it back. The seller promised replacement within a week of delivery. When the product did not arrive after 6 weeks, I wrote a complaint letter to the Dutch center. The next day, the seller called (not a company anyway, but a one-man business, the "shop" is a condominium apartment) and talked to me in a jerky way. Highly not recommended category.
