S	Szél Dániel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A klíma nem működött sajnos, a fürdő rendben volt viszont nem volt szappan és törölköző sem. A zajok is nagyon behalladszódnak a szobába. A Wi-Fi használhatatlan. A szobák takarítására is fordíthatnának nagyobb figyelmet. The air conditioning didn't work unfortunately, the bathroom was fine but there was no soap or towels. The noises are also very loud in the room. Wi-Fi is unusable. They could also pay more attention to cleaning the rooms.
O	Orosz Lívia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szobába belépve hajszálakat találtam a földön. Az ágy nagyon kényelmetlen volt és a klíma sem működött a nagy melegben. A fürdőszobában sem szappan sem törölköző nem volt, csak 2db 10 ml tusfürdő. Entering the room, I found hairs on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning didn't work in the great heat either. There was no soap or towels in the bathroom, only 2 x 10 ml shower gels.
R	Reka Kovacs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Látom annyira rosszul esik az 1 csillagos értékelés hogy hazugsághoz kell folyamodni. Mi nem dohányoztunk a szobában,mivel csak aludni jártunk be. A számlázás pedig nem az erősségük,mivel az ottartózkodásunkról semmi számlát vagy bizonylatot nem kaptunk. A nem működő klima és a kibirhatatlan meleg miatt,korán reggel távoztunk,és késő este érkeztünk. Önökkel be és kijelentkezéskor találkoztunk,tehát számomra érdekes az ön kijelentése hogy többszöri felszólitás.... A kádrol még annyit,hogy igen,2021 ben millió model van, nekünk más van itthon, ezért inkább megkérdeztük,mint kárt csináljunk, de a személyzetet is megkértük hogy mutassa meg, de nem tudta.....viszont már bánom,mert látom ez önnek gúnyolódásra ad okot. A személyzet hozzá nem értését tükrözi. Tehát azért értékeltem egy csillagra,mert a nem működő klima miatt lehetetlen volt ott tartózkodni,és mert számlát sem kaptam távozáskor . Erre nem is én kellene felhivjam a figyelmet 2021 ben egy Európai országban. I see the 1 star rating falling so badly that I have to resort to lies. We didn’t smoke in the room as we just went in to sleep. And invoicing is not their strength, as we did not receive any invoices or receipts for our stay. Due to the non-functioning climate and unbearable heat, we left early in the morning and arrived late in the evening. We met you at check-in and check-out, so I find it interesting to say that you have been called several times .... So much for the bath, there are a million models in 2021, we have something different at home, so we asked rather than do damage, but also the staff we asked him to show me but he didn't know ..... but i already regret it because i see it makes you mock. It reflects the incompetence of the staff. So I rated it a star because it was impossible to stay there because of the dysfunctional climate and because I didn’t get a bill when I left. Ami számomra nagy csalódás , hogy csak védettsegi kártyával lehet sajnos mostmár :-( We had been here a lot in the past, we were satisfied, we loved this place. Which is a big disappointment for me, that unfortunately it can only be done with a security card now :-(
J	János Abonyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekünk nagyon bejött. Egyszerű, tiszta szállás, közel a hegyekhez. Kedves személyzet. It came in very handy for us. Simple, clean accommodation close to the mountains. Dear staff.
R	Renáta Bala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem dohányzóként kaptunk egy nagyon dohányszagú szobát, majd amikor megemlítettük a panaszt, hülyének néztek, és aztmondták biztosan nem dohányoztak a szobában, mert le nem ment cigarettázni senki. Persze hogy nem, amikor az ablakból kilógva dohányoztak, ez nagyon jól látszik a cserepeken és ablakperemen letelepedett cigaretta hamuból. A takarítás kritikán aluli. Vízköves, penészes fürdőszoba, koszos, szőrös-hajszálas ágynemű és szőnyeg. Világítás alig, gyerekekkel kifejezetten veszélyes. A fiatalember volt az egyetlen kellemes csalódás, udvarias, kedves kiszolgálását köszönjük! We got a very smoky room as a non-smoker and then when we mentioned the complaint they looked stupid and were told they definitely didn’t smoke in the room because no one went down to smoke. Of course not, when they smoked out the window, it is very clear from the cigarette ash that settled on the pots and the edge of the window. Cleaning is under criticism. Limescale, moldy bathroom with dirty, hairy bed linen and carpet. Lighting is barely dangerous with children. The young man was the only pleasant disappointment, thank you for your courteous, kind service!
B	Bence Pécsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon szép és tiszta a szállás. A személyzet rendkívül közvetlen, segítőkész és barátságos, ami nagyon pozitív volt. A táj a szobákból kitekintve festői, a település ahol fekszik, pedig békés és csendes. Ha a környéken tervez az ember valamilyen programot, akkor érdemes szállás gyanánt őket választani néhány éjszakára. The accommodation is very nice and clean. The staff was extremely direct, helpful and friendly, which was very positive. The landscape from the rooms is picturesque, the town where it is located is peaceful and quiet. If you plan an activity in the area, it is worth choosing them as accommodation for a few nights.
