Don't order from here! I ordered a product I got completely different and overwhelmingly, they shrug that it wasn't their fault because they got it too!

A	Alexa Dobronyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teljesen komolytalan a cég. Rendelés után nem azt a terméket kaptuk, amit megrendeltünk, napok óta megy az ügyintézés ezzel kapcsolatban. A termék árát csak úgy hajlandóak visszafizetni, ha a vevő állja a visszaküldést is annak ellenére, hogy tudatában vannak annak, hogy nem azt a terméket küldték, ami a honlapon fel volt tüntetve. Mikor sikerült elérni, hogy futárt küldjenek, nem a kért címre küldték és nem is szóltak előre, hogy mikorra várhatjuk az érkezését (a futár telefonált hétköznap délben, hogy megérkezett a rossz címre). Ezek után azzal takaróznak, hogy ők több futárt nem hajlandóak küldeni, a kitöltött visszaküldési formokat pedig nem olvassák el, így nem tudhatták, hogy hol kéne felvenni a csomagot :) Nevetséges, senkinek nem ajánlom, hogy innen vásároljon, az értékelések alapján sportot űznek a vevők megtévesztéséből. The company is completely frivolous. After ordering, we did not receive the product we ordered, the administration has been going on for days. They are only willing to refund the price of the product if the buyer also agrees to return it even though they are aware that the product that was listed on the website was not shipped. When they managed to get a courier to be sent, they were not sent to the requested address and they did not even anticipate when we could wait for his arrival (the courier called at noon on weekdays to arrive at the wrong address). After that, they hide that they are not willing to send more couriers and they do not read the returned return forms, so they could not know where to pick up the package :) Ridiculous, I do not recommend anyone to buy from here, based on the reviews they play sports deception of customers.
S	Steven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Flex Tape as shown on there website. This is what I received! A knock-off of the real product. This is fraudulent and misleading to customers. Why not just advertise the product your selling, not the original. This is a disappointing. I’ve taken action on them for falsely advertising and using actual other companies names and selling different products without permission. When I called customer service they said the product should work the same. Lol. It’s not what I paid for I explained. Legal matters should be taken from anyone experiencing these problems as well and file complaints to GVH.
