G	Gabriella Takács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos segítségre szorultam, a családsegitő szolgálat nevét meghazudtoló módon kezelte a segélykérelmet, kezdve a recepciót ellátó 2 hölgyig, akiknek 10-15 perc kellett ahhoz, hogy egyáltalán észrevegyék az eligazításra váró ügyfelet - egyik fénymásolt, a másik nézte - Az ügyintéző kedves, megértő, segítőkész volt, csak éppen a segély igénybevételére jogosító dokumentum továbbítása iránt nem intézkedett, amely rendelkezésére állt 3 hónapja, így ha az Alapítvány központja nem értesíti a kérelmezőt, hogy nem kapja meg a támogatást, mivel az előírt határidőre nem továbbították nekik a kért dokumentumot, a 6 hónapos remény, és segítség esélye is elveszik.
