I used various mechanical keyboards over the years. Cheap ones and expensive ones. This is the best one of all of them. The split design is something that one needs to get used to but once you adjusted... you don't want anything else. Same goes for the various modifier keys. Moving the mouse cursor with keys feels strange at first. It still does not feel 100% right but together with the trackball module I can see myself reaching for my mouse less and less often. The build quality is superb. The modules (Keycluster and trackball) are great. The trackball module was a logical pick for me as I did switch between a mouse and trackball anyways. It's different from the big trackball I'm used to so it does require some adjustment period to get used to - but the entire keyboard does and that adjustment period isn't over yet for me. I do however see myself using this keyboard for years to come.
