★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy nagyobb összeget fizettem be a számlámra, az automata elfogadta az összeget majd kiírta hogy a tranzakció nem volt sikeres. Nem írta jóvá a számlámon pénzt és nem is adott bizonylato. Panaszbejelentést tettem, az ügyintézés várhatóan több hétig el fog tartani. Nem ajánlom senkinek sem ezt az automatát sem ezt a bankot.
I deposited a larger amount into my account, the machine accepted the amount and then announced that the transaction was not successful. He did not credit my account with money and did not provide a receipt. I filed a complaint, the administration is expected to take several weeks. I do not recommend this machine or this bank to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mellete lévö UniCredit bankban várunk lassan 2 órája lakossági számla intézéssel ùgy, hogy elöttünk 4 en vannak. Idáig 2 pult müködött, mostmár egy sem. Azaz nincs itt senki, nincsenek dolgozók. Valószinüleg ebédelnek (2021.11.08 - 14:00) . Megértem, hogy kell ebédelni s ez nem panasz a dolgozókra, viszont egy jobb scheduling azért beleférne ha meg arra képtelenek akkor UniCreditet kerülni kell.

At the UniCredit bank next door, we have been waiting for 2 hours for retail account management, so there are 4 people in front of us. So far there have been 2 counters, now none. That is, no one is here, there are no workers. They will probably have lunch (08/11/2011 - 2:00 PM). I understand that you have to have lunch and this is not a complaint to the employees, but a better scheduling would fit in if you are unable to do so then UniCredit should be avoided.
