Very helpful and expert credit management, recommend! We didn't have to wait much.

UniCredit Bank's Erie branch is located on the Europe Promenade, on the Lidl side. Not where marked by. 2 minutes walk from there in eastern direction.

Clean place, case management fast, I was satisfied with it.

They do not care about the client, only after 3 complaints and shouts with the bankers. Things are going to be done with a 'disrespectful' attitude. You have to wait for weeks on credit management if you do not go after it yourself. They do not answer phone or email. They need to be scared to take it seriously. 3 weeks later I got the loan because the clerk did not send the papers in time, spoiled the filling of the document and did not tell me that I had to intervene for the repair. Only then did I know that I made a complaint because nobody could answer a normal voice question.

When I have to go in and line up for the sixth time to handle the same case (even if there’s only the security guard in the drawer just outside of me and I still have to wait long minutes) I can’t give more. Even the 1 * is a gift. Unqualified "service".

I wanted to take money from a vending machine A lady tried or 10 minutes didn’t go for her. In the meantime, it was my turn. After about 10 minutes, the lady went in to say something was wrong, talked to the security guard and then went into customer service. After that, I opened up to also ask if there was any problem with this. The security guard said the vending machine was not working. I signaled that this should somehow be signaled to those waiting so they wouldn’t stand there unnecessarily before he raised his voice and outragedly asked if I didn’t think he was going to be out there all day to tell people. I offered to possibly expose a piece of paper. He said they could not be exposed for security reasons. I came out and left, then turned around to see that he hadn’t come out to speak to the people still waiting there. I stepped back and told the other waiters not to stand there unnecessarily. No matter how hard the security guard has to come out of the legacy office among the leeches into the warmth, give information ...

I watched their phone ring from the waiting room as they didn’t pick up the phone five times in a row as they ran past it. They can't even hear it anymore. There is no reply to the email either, they cannot reply in person. If you can do it to go to another bank, do it, they will treat the person terribly if they got what they wanted today.

Their ATM is unfit for payment. They always believe that they did it now, it has to be good. I practically don’t know what kind of activity is going on at the bank branch, but on many occasions I once had time sitting alone all over the place waiting for my serial number to be called after 20 minutes on a weekday morning while no customer was outside of me. I'd rather drive 10km somewhere else. Funny
