A biztiőr bácsi ennek ellenére "megnyugtatott", hogy még egy órát kell várni.. Ezek szerint egy nyolc órás nyitvatartás alatt egy ügyintéző 8 ügyfelet tud kiszolgálni úgy, hogy a banknak már alig van a délpesti régióban fiókja? Előttem három ember volt akiből az egyik feladta a várakozását pénztáros hölgy nagyon kedvesen elcseverészik a kollégáival. Telefonál és ügyeket intéz. Kértem hogy beszélhetek a fiók vezetővel nem voltak hajlandók kiküldeni. Negyedik alkalmazott volt szíves bekisérni hozzá. Szerinte a bankban minden a legnagyobb rendben működik és letagadta a félórás várakozást szerinte csak 15 perc volt. Abszolút nem ügyfélorientált társaság ők tesznek szívességet hogy ha kiszolgálják az embert. Szerintem ha 6 darab pult van akkor legalább az egyiknél szolgálják ki az ügyfeleket. Megjegyeztem a végén hogy szeretném megszüntetni a számlámat Mivel ilyen bankba nem vagyok hajlandó ügyfél lenni kedves mosollyal közölte A hölgy hogy nyugodtan őt egyáltalán nem zavarja. Lehet hogy pont jókor jártam náluk, de nekem teljesen pozitív a tapasztalatom. I was here on Friday at 11:30 to do business. Két órája várunk, kettő ügyintéző küzd az elemekkel, másik kettő csinálja a nemtommit, az ügyféltér tele... szerencsére számlát megszüntetni jöttünk, és minden egyes itt töltött perc visszaigazolja, milyen jól döntöttünk. Tragic. M	Marci Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rossz, szőrnyű, rettenetes!!!! Egy 10 perces dologért álltam sorba több mint egy egész, ÓRÁT úgy hogy csak én álltam a "sorban"!!!! Ha bárki kérdezi senkinek nem ajánlom az Unicredit bankot mert annyira pocsék az ügyfél kiszolgálás hogy nincs olyan banki termék ami ezt ellensúlyozni tudná. Bad, terrible, terrible !!!! I lined up for more than a whole thing for a 10 minute thing, for an HOUR so I was the only one in line !!!! If anyone asks anyone, I would not recommend Unicredit Bank because the customer service is so poor that there is no banking product that can offset this.
