★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ez valami szanalmas!!! Kovalyognak az alkalmazottak, 1 oraja allok sorban, csak azt nem ertem hogy az 5-6 alkalmazott mit csinal??!!! Sajnos ez rendszeresen elofordul itt, de nem baj, vegre meghoztam a dontest es bankot valtok!!! Az Otp nel legalabb munkaidoben dolgoznak a banki alkalmazottak!
 This is something sad! The employees are crying, 1 quit in a row, I just didn't know what 5-6 employees are doing !!! Unfortunately this happens regularly, but no problem, finally I brought the dontest and you have a bank !!! Bank employees work with Otp during the lowest working hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service, i registered to open an account, waited for 30 minutes then got asked to return another day. Also many clients waited because the unicredit ATM malfunctioned and didn't return their card. Deserves a 0 star rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, brainless employees. Even a task as simple as exchanging 100 EUR took them more than 30 minutes, and they failed to do it in the end! However, they refused to return the money because "their system was not working". The case is really beyond any acceptable levels of stupidity and incompetence and is worth reporting to the consumer protection authorities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend to use a different agency or even bank than this one for any slight more complex topics. Even thought the staff is friendly, there is only one person who can assist. In the end, it's just a waste of time without resolution.
