V	Vajda Stella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adategyeztetésre érkeztünk kisfiammal. 20 percig varakoztunk, aki utánunk jött, mindenkit szólítottak egyéb banki műveletekre, minket nem. Több ügyintéző is volt szabadon. Ezután eljöttünk. Megértem, hogy ez nekik nem generál bevételt, de mi sem szórakozásból érkeztünk. A bankot is pont így, szemrebbenés nélkül fogjuk hamarosan otthagyni. We arrived for a reconciliation with my little son. We were hanging out for 20 minutes, who came after us, calling everyone else for banking, not us. Several clerks were free. Then we came. I understand that this is not generating revenue for them, but we were not entertained either. That is how we will leave the bank soon, without a twist.

Aztán újból elmentem, de kivártam a soromat talán 50 perc várakozás után egy kedves hölgy fogadott, megtörtént az adategyeztetés. Ma megint kaptam levelet, hogy menjek el adategyeztetésre, mert nem áll a banknak rendelkezésre, de ha időközben egyeztettem, akkor tekintsem tárgytalannak. Most elmegyek harmadszor is, de kérek igazolást, hogy megtörtént. Megfontolom, hogy elmenjek ettől a banktól, a viselkedésük miatt. Nem fontos az ügyfél. I arrived at the bank for data reconciliation. I sat for an hour, no one answered and went home. Then I went again, but I waited for my queue maybe after 50 minutes wait a nice lady received, the data reconciliation was done. Today I received a letter again to go to data reconciliation because it is not available to the bank, but if I have reconciled it in the meantime, consider it invalid. I'm leaving for the third time now, but I'm asking for proof that this has happened. I'm considering leaving this bank because of their behavior. The customer is not important.
