I work here ... and I like to work here. I'm not biased when I say that Unilever products are good ... Yes, they are not in the cheapest category, but in return we get quality.

Egy ekkora cégnél ez kellemetlen, főleg ha a saját vizsgálatuk bizonyítja be a vásárló jogosan reklamál.
Customer Support, Complaint Management = zero.
Such a big company is unpleasant, especially if their analysis to prove the buyer was entitled to complain.

Azt a választ kaptam hogy nem áll módjukban válaszolni, ami baromi vicces és felháborító.
I asked the support team via email about a product component. I wanted to know that an ingredient is of animal or vegetable origin (because it can be made from plants or animals).
I got the answer that they couldn't answer, which is fucking funny and outrageous.
