Á	Ágnes Hajnal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ez a biztosító borzalmas. Elköltöztem egy ingatlanból, ahol az értékeim voltak, és amire korábban vagyon biztosítást kötöttem. Mivel érdekmúlás történt kértem a biztosítót, hogy szüntesse meg a szerződést. Minden évben a június 27. nap volt a szerződés forduló napja. A biztosító a kérelmemet 2020.06.13. napon átvette, és ahelyett, hogy megszüntette volna a szerződést 2020.07.02. napon levélben arról tájékoztatott, hogy a szerződésemnek következő évfordulója 2021.07.01. napjára esik. Ez a biztosító megváltoztatta a szerződés évfordulóját, amit természetesen nem indokolt semmivel. Szerintem átveréssel akarják belekényszeríteni az ügyfeleket, hogy még egy évre biztosítási díjat beszedhessenek tőlük, és ha nem fizet akkor végrehajtással fenyegetőznek. NEM ajánlom senkinek ez a biztosítót, mert nem korrekt az ügyfeleivel. Ha nem akartok úgy járni, ahogyan én, kerüljétek el ezt a biztosítót. This insurance is horrible. I moved out of a property where my valuables were and for which I had previously taken out property insurance. As a loss of interest occurred I asked the insurer to terminate the contract. Each year, June 27 was the round of the contract. The insurer submitted my application on 13.06.2020. took over on 1 July 2020 and instead of terminating the contract on 02.07.2020. informed me by letter that the next anniversary of my contract was 01.07.2021. falls on the day. This insurer changed the anniversary of the contract, which, of course, was not justified by anything. I think they want to scam them into forcing customers to collect insurance premiums from them for another year and if they don’t pay they threaten enforcement. I do NOT recommend this insurance to anyone because it is not fair to your customers. If you don’t want to walk the way I do, avoid this insurer.

Ami kutyulás van ott, az.......... Unfortunately, this attitude can no longer be described as central. my 8-year-old grandson would have solved the task differently because he can read with interpretation! As for puppies, it's ..........

Reggel telefonáltam, mondták, hogy feltöltik a kért dokumentumot, de még másnap sem volt található az ügyfélportálon. Külön kell nekik mindent jelezni, pedig automatikusan megkapják a BM-ből az értesítéseket... Arról nem is beszélve, hogy 2 hete nem kaptam meg postán sem az igényelt igazolást.. Mai világban pár kattintással elérhetővé kéne tenni az ügyfél számára a dokumentumokat, igazolásokat stb.. Ha nem lenne itt a legolcsóbb a biztosítás, biztos nem őket választanám :( Administration is terribly slow ... The phone is rarely picked up. They have to indicate everything separately, although they automatically receive the notifications from the BM ... Not to mention that I haven't received the required certificate in the mail in 2 weeks. In today's world, the documents and certificates should be made available to the client with a few clicks. etc .. If insurance wasn't the cheapest here, I certainly wouldn't choose them (
