★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonon érdeklődtem volna a biztosításommal kapcsolatban. Semmit sem kérdezték, csak szinte elutasító volt. Forduló napon át is megyek máshova, de lehet inkább megkötöm a Netrisk-n.
I would have inquired about my insurance by phone. Nothing was asked, it was almost negative. I'm going elsewhere for a round of the day, but I may prefer to tie it on Netrisk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Két emberrel beszéltem a telefonos ügyfélszolgálaton keresztül, mindkettő egy flegma bunkó volt. Lassan 3 hete tettem bejelentést gépjárműkárra, ezidáig még fel sem hívtak a szemlével kapcsolatban. Sajnos volt már tapasztalatom ez ügyben, kivétel nélkül 2-3 napon belül felhívtak más biztosítótól, az Unionnál ez nem sikerül.

2020.11.24.: még mindig semmi, pedig több mint 3 hónap telt el!!!!! Már panaszt is tettem, még arra sem válaszoltak.
I spoke to two people through the telephone customer service, both of them a phlegm jerk. Slowly 3 weeks ago I filed a vehicle damage report, so far I haven’t even been called in about the inspection. Unfortunately, I have already had experience in this matter, without exception, I was called from another insurer within 2-3 days, Union does not succeed.

11/24/2020: still nothing, even though more than 3 months have passed !!!!! I have already made a complaint, they have not even responded.
