The apartmnet located in a strategic spot where from there you can catch the metro.bus,tram to get at the city center or even you can walk it's about 20' by feet. The apartrment was spacious clean and fully kitchen equiped. Everything was clean and tidy. In the area you can find fast food chains restaurants super markets and at the ground floor a 24h mini market. i higly recommend it and i will stay again next year during the F1 week

Wrong part of town. Very hard to find entry into apartments and the check in staff seemed friendly but very disorganised. Penthouse apartment is beautiful such a shame the location. We had the view looking down through the gorgeous window at the pickpockets working all day long, literally. Honestly location alone i wouldn't stay here again it felt very unsafe especially of the night and I'm use to travel.

Not in the greatest part of town and it is difficult to figure out how to get inside and up to reception without a key card. Room was super tiny and had a damp smell, but was otherwise clean and comfortable, with a small kitchen area. Front reception were not the friendliest but they did store our luggage for a few hours until our room was ready.

We had high hopes of UCB apartments judging from the website, and ordered a 1 bedroom apartment, expecting it to be set in a beautiful historical building with a great arched window, as shown on the website. But we were wrong. The apartment was little only ok, and the building is in fact located above a pizzeria and a giant advertising billboard, on the opposite side of the road from the beautiful railway station that is shown on the website. Should be more honest in representing the property, and then it wouldn't really matter so much.

Don't know where to begin! First, the advertisement and outdoor pictures of the building is wrong! at night it's a drinking place for all the drunks. The building does NOT have a air circulation system. The alarm goes off on a daily bases, when ask the management, is everything ok, the answer is "we don't know" No fire department comes to check, they just shut off the sound, but the main lights are still blinking, and no one there to tell you ok to go back or not! The heating radiator is on full blast, and they took the thermostat knob out, so you cannot adjust it. The AC system has no control (the remote is taken out) the ac outside units are installed right by the windows and the entire night you can hear the shaking sound. If you planning to stay more than one night, make sure you have shampoo and towels, since they give you a paper on arrival that mentions that they will not provide ant cleaning or supply for the entire stay!!!! You can feel the springs coming out of the mattress. the shower leaks all over the place. Overall, pay an extra 5 euro and get a much better place.

This was terrible service. I booked and paid for non smoking room, but when I arrived there it was not possible to breath. It was fully smoked room. I immediately reported this to the administrator who came and sprayed with air freshener, but that did not worked and become even worse. I have astma and after 10 minutes in that room I become to feel very bad. I called back to administrator and asked to return my money back as I can not stay in room like that and should find some other place. They did not had any other rooms available and I had to search some other place. At first he said that he would refund me only half the amount, since I made a reservation through booking with no refund if cancellation. But it was not my mistake because I paid for a non-smoking room, but got a smoky room in which it was impossible to breathe. The administrator behaved very impudently and began to lie in my eyes, and say that there is only a little smell of smoke. In fact, he was there and also confirmed that there is a strong smell. After several minutes of argument, he agreed to give me the money back. Also, the administrator deceived me and gave me a sign to return money for a dog, but he never returned this money to me and said that this cleaning fee. He is a liar and an impudent type who should not work with clients. I continue to insist on refunding money for the dog, since this room did not require any cleaning, because of me it was necessary that I stayed there for 10 minutes and did not use anything! I also appeal to consumer protection if the issue of refunds will not be resolved. First of all, I ask Booking to intervene and claim money from them for the dog, which amounted to 5 euros. I am a very old user of this system, and this is the first time I am facing a similar situation. I do not have to pay for an unproven service as it was not my fault. This terrible people who works there continue to lie even to booking who asking them to pay my money back!

The construction starting at 8 every morning was a slight drawback! This place will be great once it's all complete, just needs a few finishing touches like a place to put the shower head while you shower. Good location and great price, €25 a night. Not sure if this will increase once it's all done. Lots of mechanical noises all the time from pipes, heating and the elevator. Very nice apartments with everything you need

Clean and simple. This apartment is large for a one bedroom, with plenty of space for sitting around during the day. Location is a little hard to find, because the entry is tucked away behind a pizza shop. But the bright signs make it doable. Over all, great value and great location.
