Nagyon kedves és profi nővérek, és orvosok. Mindenki nagyon segítőkész volt velem, és megmenteték az életem teljesen önzetlenül.
Very kind and professional nurses and doctors. Everyone was very helpful to me and saved my life completely selflessly.

Még egy ekkora hulladék intézmény nincs a világon. 8:40-től 10:26ig vártam füll-orr gégész orvosra, aki még csak BENT SE VOLT A RENDELŐJÉBEN. RÁADÁSUL térítéses páciens voltam magyarul fizettem érte a TB-n felül. Minősíthetetlen!!!!!!
There is no other waste institution in the world. From 8:40 a.m. to 10:26 a.m., I was waiting for an ear-nose throat doctor who wasn't even in his office. IN ADDITION, I was a paid patient and I paid for it in Hungarian in addition to TB. Unqualified !!!!!!

Kritikán aluliak és mélységesen felháborítóak a körülmények!!! Kísérőként voltam jelen, 2 és fél órát kellett a kórház területén parkolnunk. Az első fél óra ingyenes, ergó 2 óráért 2800 forintot !!! kellett fizetnünk... ezért cserébe a szakrendelés mosdójában sem wc papír, sem folyékony szappan, sem szemetes a fülkében nem volt, de még a lámpa sem égett... gratulálok Dote a minőség romláshoz, pláne ilyen pandémiás helyzetben...de a parkolásért azért van pofájuk horribilis összeget lenyúlni!!!!
The conditions are below criticism and deeply outrageous !!! I was present as an escort, we had to park in the hospital area for 2 and a half hours. The first half hour is free, 2,800 forints for 2 hours !!! we had to pay ... so in return there was no toilet paper, no liquid soap, no trash in the cabin in the washroom of the specialist clinic, but not even the lamp was lit ... congratulations Dote on the deterioration of quality, especially in such a pandemic situation ... but for parking that's why they have a horrible amount to reach !!!!

Betegfelvételnél a nővérke nagyon kedves volt. Ezt az egy pozitívumot tudom mondani. Pontosan érkeztünk, 1 óra várakozás után szóltak hozzánk, most várakozás, hátha szólítanak. A későbbi időpontokra érkezőket hamarabb szólították. Kérdem én, akkor minek az időpont? Vagy mondani kellett volna nekem is, mint más betegeknek, hogy sietek Drága, jó lenne előrébb kerülni.
At the admission, the nurse was very kind. I can say this one positive. We arrived on time, they called us after waiting for 1 hour, now waiting to see if they call. Those arriving at later dates were called earlier. I ask, then why the date? Or I should have been told, like other patients, that I was in a hurry Dear, it would be good to get ahead.

No one speaks english, i was in extreme pain and they kept sending around the hospital for 2 hours and then told me to wait in line at the general doctors office waited for an extra 1 hour and they sent me back to the first place i went to, by that time i was so tired and then the doctor told me i need to wait 2 more hours to a full check up to protect themselves!! all that for an antibiotic prescription because i have root canal infection… if i had something more serious I would’ve been… you know not alive.

Awful service, disrespectful staff who speak to patients in an extremely unprofessional and belittling manner (most of them anyway). At other healthcare clinics this kind of behaviour would result in termination of employment. Looks like in this clinic, unfortunately, this is the norm. We've visited at least 4 buildings at the clinic and we had the same awful experience at all of them. They send you from one building to the other and no one knows what's going on, wasting SO much of their patients time. On top of that it's very sad that their employees feel the need to power trip at patients. I understand they might not get paid too much, but still they should be respectful to others.

If you're a foreigner without the local medical card/number you end up sent to emergency here. I had a sore throat for a week and no other doctor would see me, all pointed me here. I found it very difficult to navigate, having to ask people on footpaths for directions even to find the emergency building. Before entry a metal box building near the entrance had someone ask me questions then perform a covid test. When inside, with much language difficulty they sent me to the nose/ear/throat building. Again not easy to find. Here I was told off for using the ground level entrance, being directed down stairs to a door. When opening the door I was yelled at to wait. After waiting a while with others queued up, another person opens the door and gets let in. Several locals who arrived after me instantly jumped the queue. I asked how long the wait time was, they laughed and said "long". Asking if that meant over an hour they said yes more. I was fed up and left. Came back in the afternoon going other staff are there, the same people were there, they remembered me and my Hungarian friend said they were all saying that I must've not waited through the queue in the morning. They were not helpful in any way, instead all trying to prove to each other that they did their job correctly. I left again. Eventually with local help I found a nose/ear/throat specialist who does private consultations for cash. If you can, avoid this place.
