It is almost completely abandoned. If there were no utility offices in this building, there might not be as much traffic as there is now.
It’s sad that a downtown building has lost so much of its former standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very old and very deserted "mall". When I walked in here, I tought the place was closed, but they forgot to lock the doors. I guess there was some music, but I'm not so sure. Do you remember playing the Prypiat level in COD MW? This is that. No sign of life here, move on.
