★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon jó tapasztalatokat szereztem. Első alkalommal voltam a szervízben, az autót átvizsgálásra, olajcserére és szűrők cseréjére vittem. Az ügyintézés kedves, gyors, rugalmas volt. Az autót reggel vittem és munka után mentem érte, csak így tudtam megoldani, a szervíznek egyáltalán nem volt vele problémája. Az autó leadásakor egy kedves, figyelmes szerelő beült velem az autóba és figyelmesen meghallgatta kérdéseimet, a felmerült problémákat. Végül a folyadék és szűrő cseréken túl még generátor-csapágy cserére került sor. Az ár korrekt, a munka precíz. Igazi meglepetésként szolgált, hogy az autót tisztábban kaptam vissza, mint ahogy leadtam; az előző esti nagy viharban kívül-belül sikerült összesároznom, de gyönyörű tisztán (kívül - belül!) vettem át. Nagyon köszönöm!
I had a very good experience. I was at the service station for the first time, taking the car for inspection, oil change and filter replacement. The administration was kind, fast, flexible. I took the car in the morning and went for it after work, this was the only way I could solve it, the service had no problem with it at all. When handing over the car, a kind, attentive mechanic got into the car with me and listened carefully to my questions, the problems that arose. Finally, in addition to fluid and filter replacements, a generator bearing replacement was performed. The price is fair, the work is precise. It came as a real surprise that I got the car back clearer than I handed it over; in the big storm of the night before, I managed to dry up inside and out, but I took it over beautifully (outside - inside!). Thank you very much!
