Egy idősebb nő azt válaszolta, hogy nem látja a rendszerben, hogy be lehet-e kötni optikai kábelt és ha megadjuk az adatainkat 2 héten belül kijönnek és megnézik kívülről, hogy lehet-e. Megadtuk természetesen, felírta valami kis cetlire, majd elköszöntünk, hogy majd hívnak. Azóta eltelt 2 hét, nem hívtak, nem értesítettek semmivel kapcsolatban.
Közben elmentünk egy másik céghez, hétfőn mentünk, megkötöttük a szerződést, kedden időpontért hívtak, majd pénteken bekötötték.
Nem tudom így hogy szeretne a UPC új ügyfelekre szert tenni ilyen hozzáállással vagy hogyan tartja meg már meglévő ügyfeleit. Senkinek sem ajánlom itt Dabason.
 We wanted to buy a TV and internet package for our new home. An older woman replied that she did not see if it was possible to connect an optical cable in the system and if we entered our data they would come out within 2 weeks and look outside to see if it could. We gave it, of course, wrote it down on a small note, and then said goodbye to calling. Since then, 2 weeks have passed, no calls, no announcements.
In the meantime, we went to another company, went on Monday, made the contract, called on Tuesday for a date, and then got on Friday.
So I don't know how UPC wants to gain new customers with this attitude or how to retain existing customers. I don't recommend it to anyone in Dabas.
