I was told at the hotel on arrival that it was only booked for two nights, although I also wrote to them about the mistake. what is even more interesting is that they correspond back and forth with each other, which is then sent to the guest. They were almost upset, after that I forwarded the correspondence. Before that, they even said that the room was available for the 3rd day, but then they would find out what the situation was. Nevertheless, the next morning, after that, I asked for things, the room was already booked for others. They didn’t read the emails, nor did they maintain the room, they were terribly rude. After all, the young receptionist there the next day, read the emails, and vacated my room. You have also verified your payment. Unfortunately, on the morning of my departure, my car did not start, they did not try to help me, they just gave me the phone number of the ambulance. I finally went down to the restaurant and asked out loud if anyone could help and they could. The food is horribly bad, tasteless, I was a regular, but I haven’t met one like this before.
