Hosszan beszélgettünk a problémáról (egykaros mosogató csaptelepnél nem jön a hidegvíz), végül egy sokezres csaptelep helyett egy 800 Ft-os egy bekötőcsővel távoztam, amire felajánlották, hogy ha nem az a hibás, visszaveszik! Hát az volt a hibás, az eredeti bekötőcső el volt dugulva nagyobb vízkődarabokkal. Nem vagyok szakmabeli, de ők azok, és alázatosan állnak a vevőhöz, segíteni akarnak és nem csak az eladást növelni. Nagyon ajánlom!
Huge selection, very decent, competent service! I went for a tap. We talked about the problem for a long time (cold water does not come with a single lever sink faucet), and finally, instead of a thousands of faucets, I left with a 800 Ft for a hose, and they offered to take it back if it wasn't the fault! Well, it was wrong, the original connection pipe was plugged with larger pieces of lime. I'm not a professional, but they are, and they are humble to the buyer, they want to help and not just increase sales. I really recommend it!

Amikor valamit visszahoztam, mert mégse kellett, szó nélkül visszavették, le lehetett vásárolni. Nagy a választék, és amennyire meg tudom ítélni, csak minőségi anyagot tartanak, vacakot nem.
Every time I just bought here or just had a question, they could always help, I got correct, knowledgeable answers. When I brought something back because I didn’t have to, it was taken back without a word, it could be bought. The selection is great and as far as I can tell, they only keep quality material, not crap.
