★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Érkezés előtt 1 nappal szóltak hogy mégse tudnak fogadni mert egy másik vendég tovább szeretne maradni. Majd azt mondták kerestek nekünk egy másik szállást, de amikor oda megérkeztünk azt mondták hogy csak 2 személyről volt szó, és a kutyákról se tudtak, pedig mi 4-en voltunk 3 kutyával.
 They said 1 day before arrival that they could not receive it because another guest wanted to stay longer. Then they said they were looking for another accommodation, but when we got there they said it was only 2 people and they didn’t know about the dogs, even though we were 4 with 3 dogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10/10 vendéglátás. Kerékpárral estünk be késő este, a foglalt hat fő helyett tizenegyen. Mindenkit sikerült valahogy elszállásolni, mindezt nagyon kedvesen és segítőkészen. Nagyon köszönjük. Az ágyak kényelmesek, a kert és a szállás is szép, gondozott, otthonos. Volt lehetőségünk ruhát mosni, reggelre volt kávé és tea. Egyedül a külső fürdőszobára férne rá egy felújítás, minden más rendben volt. Jövünk máskor is.
10/10 hospitality. We got in by bike late at night, eleven instead of the busy six. Everyone managed to be accommodated somehow, all very kindly and helpfully. Thank you very much. The beds are comfortable, the garden and the accommodation are nice, well-kept and homely. We had the opportunity to wash clothes, had coffee and tea in the morning. Only the exterior bathroom would have access to a renovation, everything else was fine. We'll come another time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A szállás egyébként szép, rendezett, tényleg van tea, kávé, viszont 2 vendégház van (az egyik a város szélén a másik a belvárosban.) Nekünk a szállás.hu-n a város széli címet írta ki és mivel munka után mentünk este 8-ra értünk Putnokra. A hidegben ki is sétáltunk. Mikor nem találtuk, felhívtuk és akkor mondta el, hogy ja, a kinti most nem üzemelvendégház nem üzemel....sétáljunk vissza a belvárosba, ami majdnem 1.5kmre volt
The accommodation is nice and tidy anyway, there really is tea and coffee, but there are 2 guest houses (one on the outskirts of the city and the other in the city center.) we got to Putnok. We walked out in the cold. When we didn't find it, we called and then he said that yeah, the guest house outside now isn't working .... let's walk back to downtown, which was almost 1.5km away
