V	Vivien Cseresznyés on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rugalmas átvétel és átadás. Minden tiszta volt és minden apróságra odafigyeltek. A szálláshelyen mindent megtalálsz, amire szükséged van, csak a ruhádat kell magaddal hoznod. Közel a város, kb 10 perc gyalog. Saját sorompóval zárt parkolóhellyel rendelkezik az apartman, így az autó biztonságban van. Nagyon segítőkész a szállásadó, precíz és mindenre odafigyel. Bátran ajánlom bárkinek. Flexible receipt and delivery. Everything was clean and every little thing was taken care of. At the property you will find everything you need, you just need to bring your own clothes. Close to town, about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment has a closed parking space with its own barrier, so the car is safe. The host is very helpful, precise and attentive to everything. I strongly recommend it to anyone.

Utána írtam egy értékelést az oldalra, nem volt benne semmilyen különösen rossz minősítés, néhány apró problémáról írtam, a lehetséges 10 pontból 7 pontot adtam. A tulajdonos azonban hozzáfűzött egy terjedelmes választ, amelyben rengeteg valótlanság és csúsztatás található, ám sajnos a szallas.hu oldala erre már nem ad lehetőséget reagálni. Ezért úgy döntöttem, ide leírom, mit gondolok a szállás tulajdonosának reakciójáról. Ahogy az ottani értékelésemben is írtam, a szállással nincs különösebb gond, ám a tulajdonos stílusa és kommunikációja számomra teljesen elfogadhatatlan, sőt ijesztő. A szallas.hu oldalára írt válaszával ezt a véleményemet sikerült fokoznia. Semmilyen körülmények között nem térnénk vissza ide és nem is ajánlanánk senkinek. A szállás tulajdonosa azon túl, hogy a személyisége rendkívül ellenszenves, láthatóan egyáltalán nincsen fogalma a vendégekkel való kommunikációról, ráadásul nem korrekt, nem jóindulatú és nem is szavahihető. És ez valójában sokkal nagyobb gond, mintha a szállással lett volna valamilyen komolyabb probléma. Sajnálom. We visited this accommodation in December, we booked it on szallas.hu. After that I wrote a review for the site, it didn’t have any particularly bad ratings, I wrote about some small issues, I gave 7 points out of a possible 10 points. However, the owner added a voluminous answer, in which there are a lot of untruths and slippages, but unfortunately the website of szallas.hu no longer provides an opportunity to react to this. That’s why I decided to describe here what I think about the reaction of the owner of the accommodation. As I wrote in my review there, there is no particular problem with the accommodation, but the owner’s style and communication is completely unacceptable and even scary to me. With his answer to szallas.hu, I managed to increase this opinion. Under no circumstances would we return here or recommend it to anyone. The owner of the accommodation, in addition to being extremely hostile to his personality, apparently has no idea at all about communicating with guests, and is not fair, benevolent or credible. And that’s actually a much bigger concern than if there was some more serious problem with the accommodation. I'm sorry.
