Nem a szerviz hibaja nyilvanvalo, hanem a gyartoe, viszont az, ahogy az emberhez hozza allnak az kriminalis... Ne csak akkor legyenek jofejek az ugyfellel amikor a tobb millio ft-os autot es a szazezres KOTELEZO szerviz dijjat kifizetik, hanem utana is !! Rendkívül kulturált volt a munkafelvételnél lévő úr, részletes tájékoztatást kaptam mindenről a szerviz előtt és a befejezést követően is. A szerviz árak eléggé elszálltak kb. 2 éve, de erről nem tehet a Vagép, amióta a Ford bevezette a fix áras szervizdíjat, ugyanaz a magas ár van minden Ford szervizben. Szintén nem a Vagép hibája, hanem a Fordé, hogy az online szerviz időpontfoglaló rendszernek nem sok értelme van, mivel nem a valós szabad időpontokat mutatja, a foglalás visszaigazolása után telefonon hívnak vissza, így lehet valós időpontot egyeztetni. Összességében a Ford Vagép szerintem teljesen rendben van, a hiányosságok nem az ő hibájukból erednek. I took my car for annual service, I was here for the first time. The gentleman at the job was extremely cultured, I received detailed information about everything before and after the service. The service prices are pretty much gone for approx. It’s been 2 years, but Vagép hasn’t been able to do that since Ford introduced the fixed-price service fee, the same high price at every Ford service center. It’s also not Vagép’s fault, but Ford’s that the online service appointment booking system doesn’t make much sense as it doesn’t show real free times, they call back by phone after booking confirmation so a real time can be arranged. Overall, I think the Ford Machine is perfectly fine, the shortcomings are not their fault.
