★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pair of years ago, I asked to wash a expensive wool mattress cover, they give me back felted and shorter, so I trashed it :-(
I answer back the owner answer, I complained but I got one "are you sure was not already so", anyway, my is a review, not a complain, the fact that pass 2 years does not change the story.
(as the onwer wrote, but yes, i complain when was time, the answer was "sorry, that is")

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This little laundry was perfect for our holiday laundry refresh. They do very reasonable same-day service by weight. Our whites came back whiter and my husbands white shirt pressed wonderfully. Highly recommend for travelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get your laundry done if you only have a few pieces. I only brought 4 shirts, underwear, and socks and it was 1kg and cost me 1000 forint. Other places and hostels will charge you a flat fee regardless of how much you have so you end up paying 5-7 euro for a few shirts and socks.
Dropped off my laundry around 11 am and picked it up around the same time the next day cleaned and folded in a bag. 100% recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was good. We dropped off our clothes mid morning and picked them up the next day at 8 am as soon as they opened. Everything was clean and folded neatly. For 2.2kg (4.8lbs), it was 2200 HUF (~$8.70 / 7€). It's not inexpensive, but cheaper than the hotel rates.
