VakVarjú étterem - Egy hely, ahol jó (l)enni! Étterem, ahol Vendégeink mindig otthon érezhetik magukat. Legyen szó üzleti ebédről, baráti találkozóról vagy a gyerekekkel elköltött vasárnapi ebédről. Kárrr lenne kihagyni!

“Nagy álmom vált valóra, amikor a többi egységünk mellett a szülő- és lakóhelyemen, a XI. kerületben is megnyitottuk éttermünket. Sőt, sokan nem is tudják, hogy Újbudán, a Nyéki Imre Uszoda mögötti éttermünk volt az első VakVarjúnk. Rajtunk kívül nem sokan láttak fantáziát ebben az eldugott egységben a panelházak tövében, de hála Istennek rendkívül gyorsan megszerették a környékbeliek.
Négy gyermekes családapaként hiszek abban, hogy a boldog élet egyik fontos pillére az ünnep. Az olyan alkalom, amikor egy család, egy baráti társaság vagy régi ismerősök az asztal köré ülnek és jókat esznek, beszélgethetnek, elfelejthetik a mindennapi gondjaikat, felüdíthetik lelküket.
A VakVarjú filozófiánkkal szeretnénk részesei lenni ezeknek a különleges alkalmaknak.”

No weak point founded starting from atmosphere and staff, passing through the wonderful food and finishing with the bill. We tried the pork - great according to my friends, fried cheese with green salad - wonderful, smoked salmon with cucumber- good, palinka (Rakiq made from plums)- very nice! Definitely you should try the starter (there is a picture below- mixed salads with slices of very nice bread) and homemade pizza ! Maybe we skipped just the desert cause we were full. Vote for it with two hands!

The food was excellent, the portions large and despite the fact that the restaurant was packed full - Saturday, lunchtime - the service was quick and efficient. If you want to ensure your table I would recommend a reservation at least one day ahead.
K	Kambi Kambi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, well, well!!! Another very interesting place in Budapest! Location is very strange. Between the two blocks into an old communists neighbourhood. But the place worth not 100 but 1000%!!! I’ve tried veal steak and I was blown away! Never thought that will find so fresh and delicious steak in such a place! There is one interesting soup - cold one with cucumber and yogurt and also with garlic and herbs. Very specific, in Bulgaria we have pretty the same called - “tarator”. We’ve tried also local type of pizza, not bad at all. And at the first end perfect local craft! Pale ale, not so flavoured and bitter, just as I like it! I’ll definitely come back here! Totally recommend, reserve your table if you are around!

The staff was very busy this evening, but they tried to keep up. The prices are right. These hours is very difficult to find a parking space at housing estate in the immediate vicinity. We would also like to recommend this place.

Friendly and fast waiters, reasonable prices - all in all a quite pleasant experience (they even opened a fresh bottle of wine since my first glass was on the edge of becoming bad). We surely will come back soon.
