★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kellemes letisztult környezet. Tréningeket, csoportfoglalkozásokat is lehet tartani a nagyobbik teremben. A két coaching szoba nyugodt környezetet biztosít a hatékony munkához. Nekem nagyon bejönnek az azúr színű kanapék, mindig feldobja a napom.
Pleasant clean environment. Trainings and group sessions can also be held in the larger hall. The two coaching rooms provide a relaxed environment for effective work. The azure-colored sofas are a big hit for me, it always turns up my day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On February 27, I arranged to meet Ibolya to share experiences of organising Tai Chi courses, and this was when I discovered the Valtozas Studio in Budapest.
I am usually highly sensitive to my surroundings, and entering a new place is always a very special moment for me. What struck me immediately when entering the Studio was how bright, how welcoming and how peaceful the whole place was.
The rooms are sparsely furnished, setting off the warm colours of the chairs and of the sofa. Everything is spotlessly clean. It is simply a beautiful space, warm, inviting, uncluttered.
I think the large central room would be ideal for small and medium-size groups engaging in activities such as qigong, meditation, yoga, group discussions, presentations, etc, while the two smaller rooms on either side, being more intimate, would be perfect for one-to-one or small group consultations, counselling, coaching, and other similar professional activities.
The Instagram poet RM Drake wrote:
“You have to find that place
that brings out the human in you.
the soul in you. the love in you.”
Well, Valtozas Studio is one such place, I think.
