I waited 1 hour for a hot sandwich. The two employees, an asteroid-sized woman and a minority loafer, meanwhile had a great time, smoking and mobilizing. We waited in silence, but in an hour they failed to jump the hurdle of putting together a hot sandwich and a cocoa.

Flexible, helpful and helpful staff. Wonderful environment, a slightly retro wooden house, but nevertheless it is possible to feel that the guest is a guest here, not just a bag of money. There were others at the campsite, there were some young people, maybe a class trip, but the party they organized was absolutely acceptable, even though they didn't hold back. It was relaxing. Hi! I would like to express my own objective opinion. The reservation was made online 2 days before our arrival. On the plus side, they didn’t ask for a deposit and despite my relatively short deadline, my partner and I got a room for 1 night. Fixing the small details after a short telephone consultation the next day of the booking, unfortunately the selected (triangular wooden house) was not obtained, but this did not cause a problem as it was said that this was the only room left on the floor of one of the wooden houses. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very wonderful landscape and a pleasant atmosphere with surprisingly few guests. Unfortunately, the initial joy soon faded and turned into a slight anxiety after returning from our short tour of the castle to the campsite, we saw members of the school group and realized that they were our neighbors in the lower and side chalets. By this time, the residents of the wooden house opposite had arrived in the person of a couple of young people in their twenties who were still drinking and cooking in moderation. For the evening we planned a dinner in Eger, spiced with sightseeing and walking, followed by a wine tasting on the terrace of our accommodation. We are also young people who like to live / party but respect others. We returned to the accommodation around 22:00 in the evening, where the "neighbors" were already heard from afar. Approaching the chalet, we realized that we would not relax here now. Listening from two sides, we got the "best" of the Hungarian music industry in our face, stabbed with various deep thoughts and stories. We thought that by staying around midnight around the middle of good taste, however, everyone would stand out a little and be able to continue the evening more quietly, given the other hostel guests. Unfortunately, this did not happen ... We left the campsite more tired than we arrived after a whole week of work. I think it would have been more correct for the landlord to let us know at the beginning and ask if we would like this room anyway, because if we knew that, we certainly wouldn't have gone. Especially when at 1 a.m. a little grofo from the JBL extreme was yelling at the company and the barking dog next door was everything, just not what we expected. To sum up the scenic landscape, the accommodation is excellent value for money, not to mention the beautifully refurbished baths. However, despite all this, we did not get nearly as much as we did for traveling here. I am sorry I had to write such an opinion, but no apology or compensation was offered by the Lady in charge of the pre-consultation over the phone. Rather, it only served as an excuse and explanation, blaming myself for not reporting the problem to the "neighbors" at the front desk (where apparently no one was there so late). It would be a great place for people to be considerate of others and not just profit floating in front of the landlords, filling the vacancies irrelevantly and abusing the good faith of guests looking to relax!

We spent 4 nights in the campsite, which can be found in the lab of the castle. I blame the staff, much more the teachers who are there with them, because in every wooden house there is a house on which it is clearly written at what times it should not be heard. class, children aged 16-17 years old!) We had a great time, a real treasure in the woods. Beautifully renovated water blocks, a uniquely designed modern kitchen with a large refrigerator and well equipped. also easily accessible.
