Being a frequent traveler, we were disappointed. It has the potential to be rated better than average, but the circulating boiler roaring in the net, next to my pillow, the unventilated toilet, the blackout curtain, and the lack of a night light are hard to tolerate. I won’t even continue the line because it doesn’t make sense. Positive: new equipment, close to the Castle Bath, etc.

Very ok, nice, clean, enough parking spaces, the net goes slow. Pretty close to the bathroom, a few minutes walk. I got a star because why? Someone was wrongly inspired to put the boiler in the room. I couldn't rest, I was woken up by the central all night, that's true for room 1. Who's booking, consider if he's more sensitive to sleep. The power plant is less than half a meter from the bed. I repeat, valid for room 1.

Clean, tidy accommodation. Close to the spa, the castle and the city center. The only negative is the owner's attitude. We asked you on arrival that we would like to take your seat. They prepared a bigger apartment for us because they somehow thought we were coming with a child. Although there was no such thing when booking. We got a smaller, cold (unheated) apartment. We didn't make it a problem, saying we won't get cold once we've turned on the heating. The apartment was nice, clean and the right size anyway. In the evening we noticed that we didn't get the 2 bath tickets (included in the coupon). As well as looking through the "inventory list" of the apartment next to the front door, the 4 towels were not included. The next morning we called the dear colleague of the apartment for tickets. He apologized, handed them over. And we said hello. We didn’t speak because of the towels, saying we brought our own from home. After leaving, we received an SMS that we took the towels, which were not even provided, in the apartment, which was not originally prepared for us. The sms said, let's take the towels back, otherwise they will be charged :) My husband called the owner back and explained that we didn't take anything, we don't need 4 towels. We’re happy to go back, check our packages, but we won’t pay for what we didn’t actually take away. It’s so embarrassing to have such an attitude in a pleasant, beautiful place where we even had a great time. He would have something to learn for the owner about organizing, stocking. And I will only note it softly, other things were missing from the "inventory list" (eg salt shaker, cutlery). It is good that we were not suspected of disappearing. What is the lesson from this? The next time you arrive, it is worth checking everything in detail in the presence of the owner. :) The same thing is recommended for the owner to do on departure, not to complain afterwards, and to post an inventory list that covers reality.
