★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon nem ajánlom! Előre egyeztetett időpontra mentem volna (ezért vettem ki szabadságot), mire odaértem eladták a "nekem félretett" autót! Nem tartják a szavukat!
 I highly recommend it! I would have gone to a pre-arranged time (so I took time off) by the time I got there they sold the "set aside" car for me! They don't keep their word!

I have repeatedly experienced that even though the VAT is paid but they do not give a VAT invoice for the work done, which is incomprehensible to me. It can be important in any complaint as evidence or in gk sales etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Régi autóval mész oda, akkor csak lehúznak. Papírt nem adtak, 10percig nézik az autódat, 7000 Ft, szóban kaptam diagnózist. Ez igazi kivétel nélküli hozzáállás, minta szervíz.
You go by an old car, they just go out. They did not give you a paper, they looked at my car for 10 minutes, 7000 Ft, orally, I got a diagnosis. This is a real exception to attitude, as a service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 héttel korábban foglaltam időpontot éves szervízre. Mikor odaértem, csak lestek rám, hogy mit akarok ott, mikor nincs is foglalásom. A megoldás az lett volna, hogy hagyjam ott a kocsit, és majd ha éppen belefér, akkor megcsinálják. Tehát nem tudom megvárni, és költsek még extra 10+ ezer forintot el taxira, mert dolgozni kell menni. Az, hogy elnézést, vagy bocsánat, na ilyen nem hangzott el.
I booked an annual service 3 weeks earlier. When I got there, they just looked at me for what I wanted there when I didn’t even have a reservation. The solution would have been to leave the car there and then if it just fits, they will do it. So I can't wait and spend an extra 10+ thousand forints on a taxi, because I have to go to work. Whether it was an apology or an apology was not said.

Időközben eladtak egy másik autót és az eladó azt szerette volna, hogy azt a kocsit vizsgálják meg először, ezért minősíthetetlen módon leállt velem veszekedni arról, hogy én már pedig többet késtem, mert látta amikor érkeztem és különben is, a vásárlók Pestről érkeztek, ezért én megérthetem, hogy előbb az ő ügyükkel foglalkoznak soron kívül.
